We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. Key duties include preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and managing budgets throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP systems and be skilled in contract administration and management. You will be expected to analyze and monitor project costs, prepare tender documents, and assist in the negotiation of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project requirements are met effectively.
