We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all MEP activities on-site, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. You will manage a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support while ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting site inspections, identifying potential issues, and implementing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing MEP systems on large-scale construction projects. You will be required to liaise with other site managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project plan. A thorough understanding of building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project progress. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
