We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare MEP Lead to join our team in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of healthcare projects from inception through to completion. This role will involve collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all MEP systems meet regulatory standards and client specifications. Key responsibilities include conducting site assessments, preparing detailed design calculations, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems in line with project timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. A deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards is essential, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools for MEP design and analysis. Strong leadership skills are required to manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the role involves liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
