We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Building Services Lead - Energy & Power to oversee and enhance our energy and power management systems. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and optimize energy-efficient building services. Your primary duties will include conducting energy audits, developing energy management strategies, and ensuring compliance with energy regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for energy savings and sustainability initiatives, while also providing technical guidance on building services systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building services engineering, with extensive knowledge of energy systems, HVAC, and electrical systems. You should have proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of energy-related projects. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in energy modeling software are essential. Additionally, excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary to effectively manage teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications in energy management or building services. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
