The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, alongside substantial experience in project management within the electrical industry. A strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations is essential. You should demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Proficiency in project management software and tools, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, will be critical to your success. A valid project management certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred but not mandatory.
