In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 2D and 3D designs using advanced CAD and BIM software. Your expertise will support multiple projects, ensuring that designs meet specifications and standards while adhering to project deadlines. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and modify design plans, facilitating accurate documentation and seamless communication across all stages of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and a thorough understanding of building information modeling (BIM) processes. You should have experience in preparing construction documents, conducting design reviews, and implementing quality control measures. Additionally, you will be expected to provide training and support to team members on software usage and best practices, enhancing overall team proficiency. A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, is preferred.
