We are seeking a dedicated Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems within various building projects. You will ensure that all electrical installations comply with relevant regulations and standards, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of the buildings. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver efficient and innovative electrical solutions that meet project specifications and deadlines.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting site surveys and assessments, preparing detailed design specifications, and overseeing the installation of electrical systems. You will also perform regular inspections and tests to ensure all equipment operates effectively and efficiently. Troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues that arise during the project lifecycle will be essential, as will maintaining accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant professional qualifications. A strong understanding of building services engineering principles, electrical codes, and health and safety regulations is essential. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, along with proficiency in relevant design software.
