We are seeking an experienced Building Services BIM Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across a variety of projects. Your expertise will ensure that all building services, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, are accurately represented and coordinated within the BIM environment. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration of designs and enhance project efficiency.

Your key duties will include developing and maintaining BIM standards, providing training and support to project teams, and overseeing the BIM execution plan throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be tasked with reviewing and validating models to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve are essential, as you will need to address any clashes or discrepancies in the models and propose effective solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant degree in engineering or a related field, combined with significant experience in BIM management within the building services sector. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks is required, alongside a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.
