We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. Key responsibilities include collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed BIM models, producing 2D and 3D drawings, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards. You will also be tasked with performing clash detection, coordinating with various disciplines, and assisting in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

The successful candidate should possess a strong proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools. A solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems is essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or design industry is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in BIM technology.
