We are seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our project delivery through advanced Building Information Modeling techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models, ensuring that they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate various project components into cohesive models that support design coordination, clash detection, and effective communication among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models, performing analysis and simulations to optimize design performance, and facilitating model handovers to construction teams. The BIM Specialist will also conduct training sessions to promote best practices in BIM usage across the organization. A strong understanding of software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
