In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that BIM standards are adhered to, facilitating collaboration and improving project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, managing the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle, and providing training and support to team members on BIM tools and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM management within the construction and architecture industries, along with a strong understanding of relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. You should possess excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients. A solid understanding of construction processes and knowledge of ISO 19650 standards will be crucial in this role. Additionally, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.
