We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices while fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee the creation of 3D models, coordinate project deliverables, and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include managing the BIM execution plan, conducting training sessions for project teams, and providing technical support for BIM software. You will also be tasked with evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve workflows, as well as monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Additionally, the BIM Manager will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with BIM processes, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction, along with extensive experience in BIM management and software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
