We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that BIM standards are effectively implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Your primary duties will include developing and enforcing BIM execution plans, conducting regular model reviews, and offering guidance on best practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency among project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, along with experience in project management within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management is preferred, along with relevant certifications in BIM methodologies. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of problem-solving to ensure project success.
