We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Mechanical Engineer specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for building services. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of innovative mechanical systems in various construction projects. Your primary duties will include collaborating with senior engineers to create comprehensive mechanical designs, conducting calculations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also participate in site visits to assess existing conditions and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve any design conflicts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing design, and electrical systems. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other modeling tools is essential. You will be required to prepare technical documentation, including specifications and reports, while also assisting in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in building services engineering.
