We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - BIM Manager to join our dynamic team across multiple locations including Birmingham, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, and Newcastle. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies across various projects. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing project delivery, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and maintain BIM protocols, ensuring that all project teams are aligned with best practices.

Key responsibilities will include managing the BIM team, providing training and support to staff, and overseeing the development of project-specific BIM execution plans.
