We are seeking an experienced Architecture BIM Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects. Your expertise will guide the development and coordination of architectural designs using BIM software, ensuring that project goals are met within established timelines and budgets. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to enhance design quality, improve communication, and streamline workflows. As a leader, you will also mentor junior staff and promote best practices in BIM usage throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and extensive experience with BIM technologies, such as Revit and Navisworks. You should have a deep understanding of the architectural design process and be able to translate complex design concepts into executable plans. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. A degree in Architecture or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is preferred. Your ability to innovate and adapt to emerging technologies will be crucial in driving the success of our BIM initiatives and enhancing project delivery.
