We are seeking an experienced Architecture BIM Lead to oversee and enhance our Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within our architecture team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the BIM strategy, ensuring the successful implementation of BIM best practices throughout all project phases. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to create efficient workflows, facilitate coordination, and drive innovation in design solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design principles and advanced BIM software tools, such as Revit and Navisworks.

Your primary duties will include developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, conducting training sessions for team members, and providing technical support to ensure adherence to industry standards. You will also be responsible for quality control of BIM deliverables, managing the integration of various software platforms, and fostering a collaborative environment among project stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continuous improvement of BIM processes within the organization.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with substantial experience in a BIM leadership role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
