We are seeking an experienced Senior CAD & BIM Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality CAD drawings and Building Information Models (BIM) across a variety of projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that designs are accurate, up to date, and compliant with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive design solutions, while also providing support for the integration of BIM processes into the project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining detailed 2D and 3D CAD models, producing technical documentation, and conducting regular quality checks on drawings. You will also be tasked with training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. A strong understanding of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is essential, along with a solid foundation in construction methodologies and building regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with significant experience in a similar role.
