We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - BIM Manager to oversee and enhance our Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple locations, including Birmingham, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, and Newcastle. In this role, you will lead the BIM strategy and implementation, ensuring that all projects adhere to industry standards and client expectations. You will collaborate closely with project teams, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include managing the BIM team, facilitating training sessions to upskill staff, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and creativity. You will be the primary point of contact for BIM-related queries, ensuring seamless integration of BIM processes with traditional workflows.
